Name: Daisuke Nakano Gender: Male Age: 22
Height: 6' Weight: 150 lbs Appearance:

Occupation: Kaneshima Police Detective / Kamen Rider Drive
Residency: Suburban District: Plato Building (1105)
Personality: Daisuke has a cooled personality, but can at times be quite hot-headed. He has a deep-seated passion for Justice and this primarily is what drives him as a police detective. He is quick to anger when something wrong is going down and will never let slide a chance to stick up for somebody, quickly tossing himself into danger if possible with little concern for his own well being.
When it comes to relationships, Daisuke is somewhat indifferent. His looks and attitude make him seem to easily catch the eye of many women but he is so devoted to his job that he rarely spends much time trying to pursue a proper relationship. Others at the KPD note him easy to work with and dedicated, but he rarely seems to get too close to people. This is, in part, due to his own knowledge that his line of work (and the calling of a Kamen Rider) is quite dangerous for anyone related.
Daisuke enjoys living on the edge and this is reflected by his long-term interest in speed expressed through his love of driving and riding bikes. He's fond of anything if there is a risk involved and this, in part, fuels his success at catching criminals due to a high risk, high reward style strategy.
History: Daisuke Nakano was born in one of the cities not far away from the infamous Hyakuji. Always aware of its existence he grew up with a certain level of resentment for the city. His father worked as a police detective and as more super-powered humans graduated and moved on there was a general rise in crime that was far beyond the league that the regular police could handle.
Always enamored with his father's work Daisuke developed a passion for justice and decided at a young age to follow in his footsteps and become a police detective as well. As he grew up the boy quickly developed a strong mind and good deductive reasoning making him all the more fitted for his dream. During his high school years, Daisuke found a passion both for driving fast and gambling taking on any bets brought to him and doing his best to win even when the situation was one he had no experience with. From this, he learned that, at times, it was important to skirt the line of a situation in order to achieve victory.
Finishing high school, Daisuke went on to college and pursued a degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Psychology. To say these years were uneventful would be an understatement, but Daisuke remained devoted to his goal. Finally, after graduation, Daisuke took his first steps towards bringing justice to his city.
His initial successes were amazing and, despite his age and lack of experience, he quickly became a police detective based on results alone. However, he was quickly met with failure as he began to encounter criminals with super-human abilities. While he could keep up with some from sheer will alone, there was no hope for a normal person standing up to the more dangerous threats one might encounter. Naturally, his mind drifted back to Hyakuji and he blamed their city for the cause of such problems.
Frustrated with his inability to bring justice to those that deserve it Daisuke ultimately received an answer to his problem. Having lost a perp down some abandoned alley, Daisuke was confronted by a mysterious veiled woman who referred to herself only as Shroud. She mentioned a level of appreciation for Daisuke's passion for justice and imparted to him the means to enact this: the Accel Driver and the Accel Gaia Memory.

Armed with devices that enabled his transformation into Kamen Rider Accel, Daisuke could now face those with superpowers on an equal footing and, by the grace of his own skill, now overcome them. Wanting to do more he eventually requested a transfer to Hyakuji's own police department intending to keep a closer watch over the area that he felt was the source of criminals with super-human abilities. In his mind, clearly, something was off about the way the school cultivated its students or somebody else had an agenda and were manipulating them to their will.
Thus, Daisuke transferred to the Hyakuji Police Department and began work as a detective. He quickly discovered that a branch of the international crime society Wo-Shing had its grip on not only the city but members of the police department itself. Making allies of Jameson Willicott's Detective Agency, concerned parties within the high school and other Kamen Riders around the city Daisuke worked to orchestrate an all-out assault of Wo-Shing's Hyakuji Branch. Though they failed to capture the Branch Leaders, it was clear Wo-Shing had been repelled and it would be a long time before they considered re-opening their operations in Hyakuji in any major capacity.
Among the HPD Daisuke received great accolades for his accomplishments and, as a result, much of Hyakuji's long corrupt department was reformed. However, this did not mean an end to the dangers in the city. As long as the untapped potential of young teens with superpowers remained there would be those wishing to manipulate their minds for their own nefarious goals. In time, Daisuke grew quite fond of the city and realized that by itself there was no fault present. The school was founded with the best of intentions, but there would always exist those with evil in their hearts looking to manipulate its students for their own goals.
Several months after this incident, rumors of new organizations rivaling that of Wo-Shing had begun to surface. As long as such rumors persisted Daisuke would continue to fight to the best of his ability. However, it seemed he was not quite aware of the potential dangers that could arise. While on patrol, Daisuke once again encountered the mysterious woman known as Shroud; the same woman who granted Daisuke the power of Accel to begin with. Warning him that coming dangers would be far worse than what the failing Wo-Shing presented, Shroud entrusted Daisuke with the Trial Memory; a new Gaia Memory that would allow Accel to upgrade his potential.
However, the use of the Trial Memory presented a great problem. The enhanced speed granted from its use was far too powerful for Daisuke to control initially. Furthermore, the timed Maximum Drive needed exact finesse and precision with its execution or a feedback of power would be created ending the transformation and injuring the user. Realizing he needed to gain control of this new ability and with the crime in Hyakuji on a downswing due to the fall of Wo-Shing, Daisuke decided to take some time off from the force for training.
From here, Daisuke returned to his hometown both to spend a bit of quality time with his family and to work in seclusion at mastering the Trial Memory. Making use of an old abandoned dirt bike track, Daisuke began to make timed runs and work on improving his speed and gaining a better understanding of the more intricate features of Trial's Maximum Drive.
Several months later, Daisuke returned in Hyakuji immediately throwing himself back into active duty. In the end, while some factions had emerged, despite the rumors no organization rose to power to fill the vacuum left by Wo-Shing. His determination was burning more than ever and the use of the Trial Memory had now been mastered. Armed with this new ability, Daisuke remained ever determined to continue his quest for justice. Eventually, in honor of his continued service, Daisuke was selected to join the Special Projects Division.
The SPD was the Hyakuji Police's elite unit designed to target and deal specifically with super-normal crimes that take place in the city. Being both a Kamen Rider and well versed in handling such incidents already, Daisuke seemed a natural fit for the group. The SPD's Research Department was eager to look at the Accel Driver and see how they might improve their newest recruit's armaments.
After a few weeks of research both on his Driver and the Gaia Memories in general, the SPD was able to develop the Gaia Memory Enhancing Adapter. This Adapter was able to draw out the full potential of a Gaia Memory and as a result allowed Daisuke access to a new form: Accel Booster. However, this upgrade came with a grim revelation. The SPD Research Department revealed that while they had designed the Adapter, it represented the limit of his Rider System. Perhaps they could do more, but there were many secrets to the Gaia Memories and without access to its original creators, they could do little more.

As Daisuke continued his duty, now as a member of the SPD, he began devoting much of his downtime towards working closely alongside the Research Department on their newest project. The end goal was the hope that they might design a completely new Rider System from scratch that does not rely on Gaia Memories nor any other existing source, customized and tailored specifically towards Daisuke's own strengths and weaknesses. Of course, this project would take time and thus his career as Kamen Rider Accel would last a little while longer.
However, his time in the spotlight as a prestigious member of the SPD was not to last. During the Link Joker Incident, which plagued Hyakuji worst of all despite its global presence, a critical moment would change Daisuke's future quite rapidly. In the aftermath of the final struggle against Link Joker, Daisuke was cited as failing to apprehend Enemy of the World and Renegade Wizard, Hiro Tsukasa. While his own report on the incident states that he simply did not have the power nor any other means of making the arrest in the wake of such a protracted engagement, multiple eyewitnesses alleged against the SPD Detective that, in fact, he chose to simply allow the Renegade Wizard to depart freely; in turn stymieing any other efforts present to detain the man.
The media fallout of this scandal hit the HPD, and likewise the SPD specifically, very hard. A model beacon of hope and guiding example for law enforcement in the city was now cast in quite the unfavorable light. While Daisuke stood behind his report on the incident, public opinion was not so easily swayed. Understanding the precarious dynamic the HPD was forced to dance around, Daisuke seemed to take very well to the final decision made in regards to the scandal. Daisuke Nakano was stripped of his rank and membership in the SPD and returned to a simple beat detective.
Simply firing him might have been slightly more ideal, however the effort and funding of R&D towards the new Rider System was staggering and with this new design custom tailored to Daisuke's own specs, it was all but a guarantee that it would be a major setback towards their efforts should its intended host be lost; not to count the potential for future and more widespread developments from any data gathered on its use.
Thus, it was also no surprise that as R&D pulled closer towards finishing their prototype, dubbed the Drive Driver, and new opportunities emerged, it was decided that Daisuke would be transferred to Kaneshima giving the HPD a needed PR break while allowing the test and trials of the Rider System to continue without any added scrutiny; potentially benefiting both departments down the road.
In essence, despite all his progress, Daisuke Nakano found himself back at square one. A beat detective in a new and unfamiliar city. He had given up the full power of the Accel Driver, which far exceeded the Drive Driver's base ability in its current state, for simply the implied potential that he might one day succeed it through practice and technological developments. And yet, he was furthermore burdened with a certain stigma due to the SPD scandal among anyone in the know regarding news about the incident. However, the justice-seeking warrior was not deterred.
In fact, he seemed almost spurred on by these setbacks. From his perspective, this was simply another gamble, only one on a much larger scale than he had ever attempted before. The Drive Driver traded much of Accel's raw power for versatility and who could say when he might once again match or surpass it; not unlike his rank among the KPD.
More determined than ever, Daisuke had resolved to shift into a new direction and quite simply continue to do what he had always done best.
Powers and Abilities: Naturally, he has no super-normal abilities that relate to his physical self or for any direct use in any form of combat. He is in peak physical condition as required to perform any of the duties he might come across needing to do in his job; as well as being quick-witted and fast on his feet as far as assessing a situation and quickly improvising an action. He has an excellent memory and a keen attention to detail which has allowed him to gain a good bit of renown among the Hyakuji, and later Kaneshima, Police Department despite his young age.
He has a particular skill at profiling perpetrators as well. However, due to this normalcy, he's found himself severely lacking in the strength needed to find justice in a city packed with super-human abilities. Because of this, he accepted the power and responsibility to become...
Kamen Rider Drive An advanced generation Rider System developed by the Hyakuji Police SPD's Research Department designed exclusively for use by Daisuke Nakano. Taking data from previous engagements by Daisuke as Kamen Rider Accel, the SPD was able to tailor make a new Driver that focused on Daisuke's own strengths while being much more adaptable to various situations one of Hyakuji's Finest might come across in the field. Since it is not based on ancient or esoteric technology, like the Gaia Memories, this allows the Research Department to perform continued research and maintenance allowing the Driver System to be continually upgraded over time. By placing a Shift Car into the Shift Brace, which is linked remotely to the Drive Driver, Daisuke is able to transform into Kamen Rider Drive. Kamen Rider Drive's forms are called Types. Some Shift Cars alter the suit based on a certain attribute, whereas other Shift Cars arm Drive with a certain element or weapon, by changing the Shift Tire on Drive's suit for a Tire Exchange. These two types of Shift Cars can be used in conjunction with each other, but some Shift Tires can only work with certain Types. After turning the Advanced Ignition on the Drive Driver, Drive can perform one of two actions in each Type: Lifting the Shift Car placed within the Shift Brace between one and three times initiates either a special ability or an attack, while pressing the Igniter on the Shift Brace and lifting the Shift Car once unleashes the Type's Full Throttle finishing move. Type Speed Type Speed is Drive's default sports car-based form. Accessed through the Shift Speed Car, this form bears the Type Speed Tire. Out of Drive's Types, this form has the most balance in terms of strength and agility, which also makes it his most frequently used form. Drive's special ability in this form is, as the name implies, speed. When he lifts the Shift Speed Car three times, Drive is able to move incredibly fast and perform high-velocity attacks. While not true Super Speed, like he held as Accel Trial, this is still a formidable tool. He can also perform the Turbo Smash attack, where Drive makes the Type Speed Tire rotate rapidly as he skids towards the enemy and trips them up into the air. Afterwards, he unleashes a barrage of rapid punches onto the falling target, making an image of a speedometer appear from the resulting series of punches. Alternatively, Drive can skip the tripping portion of his attack and go immediately to its punching portion. This Type's Full Throttle finisher is the SpeeDrop, where Drive focuses power into his right leg, making it glow red as he slams into the enemy with a flying kick. A variation of this finisher has four spinning tires manifest to surround the enemy while Drive turns his back to the target as Tridoron races around him, focusing his power. The tires then fully close in on the target, making the target shoot forwards towards Drive, who instead jumps at Tridoron and kicks at it, making him bounce off of it and kick the target. Drive then keeps bouncing off Tridoron and kicking the target in a pinball-like manner until he comes in with the final kick, skidding to a stop. Type Speed Flare The flaming hotrod-based Shift Max Flare Car allows Drive to upgrade Type Speed into Type Speed Flare, which bears the fire-themed Max Flare Tire. Stat-wise, Type Speed Flare's punching and kicking power is slightly more powerful than Type Speed. However, its jumping height decreases slightly and the maximum running speed is much slower in comparison. In this mode, Drive is empowered with fire-enhanced abilities, covering his hands and legs in flames with every attack, as well as allowing him to manifest a fiery construct of the Max Flare Tire for him to kick at the enemy where it produces a flaming cyclone that shoots the target skyward. Type Speed Flare's Full Throttle finisher is the Flare Stream, where Drive launches a barrage of fireballs from the Max Flare Tire towards the enemy. Type Speed Spike The spiky hotrod-based Shift Funky Spike Car allows Drive to upgrade Type Speed into Type Speed Spike, which bears the spike strip-themed Funky Spike Tire. Stat-wise, Type Speed Spike's punching and kicking power is more powerful than Type Speed. However, its jumping height and speed is lower and slightly slower than Type Speed Flare. In this mode, Drive can attack with the Funky Spike Tire by having it either shoot off spike projectiles or rotate so rapidly that it shreds any enemy he comes within range of. Type Speed Spike's Full Throttle finisher is the Spike Tornado. Type Speed Shadow The ninja hotrod-based Shift Midnight Shadow Car allows Drive to upgrade Type Speed into Type Speed Shadow, which bears the shuriken-themed Midnight Shadow Tire. Stat-wise, Type Speed Shadow's punching and kicking power retain the same force as Type Speed. However, its jumping height increases very slightly compared to Type Speed and, while still very much slower than Type Speed, it can still run faster than both Type Speed Flare and Type Speed Spike. In this mode, Drive is empowered with enhanced stealth capabilities which allow him to duplicate illusions of himself and can manifest energy constructs of the Midnight Shadow Tire to throw at the enemy. Type Speed Shadow's Full Throttle finisher is the Shadow Shuriken. Type Wild Type Wild is Drive's dune buggy-based form. Accessed through the Shift Wild Car, this form bears the Type Wild Tire. In terms of Drive's Types, this form has much more physical power than Type Speed, boosting his strength significantly and allowing him to use power-type Shift Cars with relative ease. As an added bonus, since all of Type Wild's Shift Tires are attached to Drive's right shoulder instead of around his torso, Drive can use his new strength to perform powerful shoulder checks and guard against attacks much more easily using his right shoulder. In exchange, Type Wild cannot jump nearly as high as either Type Speed or any of its Tire Exchange modes, nor is this form able to run as fast. Drive's special ability in this form is enhanced strength and defensive capabilities. He is also capable of performing powered up strikes. After Drive lifts the Shift Car once, he uses the Type Wild Tire to perform Over Wild shoulder checking the enemy with enough force to send them skidding back or even flying away. By lifting the Shift Car twice, he is able to perform a Pile Break charging massive amounts of energy into his right arm and executing a traditional Rider Punch with tremendous power. This Type's Full Throttle finisher is the WilDrop. Similar to the Pile Break technique, this attack consolidates all of Type Wild's power into a single leg to perform a traditional Rider Kick. Type Wild Dump The dump truck-based Shift Rumble Dump Car allows Drive to upgrade Type Wild into Type Wild Dump, which bears the drill-themed Rumble Dump Tire. Stat-wise, Type Wild Dump is basically an exaggeration of Type Wild's stats: excellent offensively and does poorly agility-wise, making this form the second slowest out of all of Drive's known forms. In this mode, Drive is armed with the Rumble Smasher: a powerful drill capable of boring into objects with great force. Type Wild Dump's Full Throttle finisher is the DriRumble, where Drive slams the Rumble Smasher into the target while it is spinning at high speeds with incredible force. Type Wild Wrecker The tow truck-based Shift Hooking Wrecker Car allows Drive to upgrade Type Wild into Type Wild Wrecker, which bears the winch-themed Hooking Wrecker Tire. Stat-wise, Type Wild Wrecker has weaker offensive stats but does better agility-wise compared to Type Wild Dump; though it still pales in comparison to any of Type Speed's forms. In this mode, Drive is armed with the Capture Hook; a winch and metal-wire combo built into Hooking Wrecker Tire itself. The wire cable is made of a special steel fiber to withstand the pressure of high strength situations. If circumstances call for it, the Capture Hook can be unhooked from the Shift Tire, allowing a new Capture Hook to materialize in its place. Type Wild Wrecker's Full Throttle finisher is the Wrecker Wind. After successfully connecting with the Capture Hook, Drive spins the target with enough force to send them flying away as if caught in a small tornado-like current of wind. Type Wild Doctor The ambulance-based Shift Mad Doctor Car allows Drive to upgrade Type Wild into Type Wild Doctor, which bears the first aid-themed Mad Doctor Tire. Stat-wise, Type Wild Doctor has some of the best agility stats seen in any of the Type Wild forms, except for Type Wild itself. However, it has the weakest offensive stats out of Type Wild's Tire Exchange modes, though the kicking power is only marginally better than Type Wild itself. As such, it is almost completely tooled for a support style of action rather than active combat In this mode, Drive is armed with the Cure Quicker. The Cure Quicker can be used to heal general injuries, basic poisoning, and even standard environmental conditions like a heat stroke. While not magical healing, it does represent some of the best technology can offer and is thus able to seal or treat regular problems enough to stabilize and ensure one's safety until proper medical treatment. However, if Drive initiates a Full Throttle Finisher the Cure Quicker will make him hover in the air as medical equipment appears from it to surround him and remove whatever ailment is affecting the target at a much more quickened pace. However, during the healing process, Drive will experience excruciating pain. If used in this way to treat severe injuries there is a high chance that Daisuke will simply pass out from the pain or at best be forced out of his transformation completely.
Equipment:
-Drive Gear -Drive Driver Unlike other conventional drivers, the Drive Driver only acts as a sensor, while the actual activation for the Shift Cars is performed on the Shift Brace. This does not detract at all from its role in combat, however. Through various preset subroutines it can, acting on the will of its user, remotely control both Tridoron and the Shift Cars to provide reinforcements for Daisuke. Though it should be noted that primarily the Shift Cars are utilized in this way only as a means of minor distraction or otherwise low-key attacks. A belt clip on the side acts as a holder for various Shift Cars. For additional details on the transformation process, see the entry on the Shift Brace. -Shift Brace The Shift Brace is one of Kamen Rider Drive's transformation devices. It is the device that holds Drive's Shift Cars as a remote for his Drive Driver. To transform, the user turns the Advanced Ignition key on the Drive Driver and rotates a Type Change Shift Car into its Lever Mode before inserting it forwardly into the Shift Brace via the Shift Landing Panel until the tip of the Shift Car hits the Chrome Guard Bumper. Once the Shift Car is set, the user must hold the car and lift it up and down back into the Shift Landing Panel to finish the transformation sequence into Kamen Rider Drive, right after the Drive Driver announces "Drive: Type" and the corresponding Type used. The only Shift Cars usable to Drive when he is not transformed are the ones that change his Type forms. After transforming with a Type Change Shift Car, the user has the option to switch between different other Shift Cars. To do so, the user must turn the Advanced Ignition, pull the used Shift Car out, convert the new Shift Car to Lever Mode, insert it back into the Shift Brace, and repeat the same lifting action. This would change the base Shift Tire from the Type, or any previous Shift Tire used before, and cause the Drive Driver to announce "Tire Koukan" and then the corresponding Shift Car used. If the Shift Car that is being used is lifted at least once, the user will be given a short power boost, while the Drive Driver says either the Type used if a Type Change Shift Car is currently in use (ex. "Type Formula" would be "Formula") or the last name of a Tire Exchange Shift Car (ex. "Hooking Wrecker" would be "Wrecker"). Depending on the number of times it is lifted, the Drive Driver repeats itself that many times, up to three, while also initiating different functions. To initiate a finishing attack, Drive must turn the Advanced Ignition and press the Igniter button on the Shift Brace, which makes the Drive Driver announce "Hissatsu" with a revving noise being looped. Lifting the Shift Car afterward would then give Drive an exceeding amount of power, as well as cause the Drive Driver to announce "Full Throttle" and then the corresponding Shift Car used. Drive may now release the power gained in any way he wishes.. In order to have the Drive Driver cancel the transformation, Drive must remove the Shift Car currently placed in the Shift Brace and press the Igniter. Sometimes, after a victorious battle, the Drive Driver will say "Nice Drive" as a compliment to the user's great job. While Drive is in civilian form, the Shift Brace can either act as a navigator or receive messages. At the same time, the Shift Brace is able to perform a physical examination for its user; this is required for the ongoing tracking of Daisuke's vitals for further developing the Driver. It can also somehow act as a watch for Drive. -Shift Cars The Shift Cars, powered by Core Driviars, are miniature cars created for the purpose of helping humanity. They are used by Kamen Rider Drive in conjunction with his belt, the Drive Driver, and bracelet, the Shift Brace, which work together via infrared, when he changes them from their Machine Modes to their Lever Modes by rotating them. Some Shift Cars enhance Drive's current Type form with a Tire Exchange, adding the last part of a Shift Car's name to his current Type (i.e, Type Speed Flare). Some of them also come with a weapon called a Tire Specific Item for Drive to wield. They are able to attack by traveling on special tracks that they spawn, and are strong enough to prove a minor annoyance to most; but little more. They appear to be able to act on their own with some independence, through various subroutines coded within. This allows them to quickly come to Drive's aid in a crisis or likewise be sent off to gather audio/visual information on a case. What follows is a detailed listing of the Shift Cars that Daisuke has access to: Type Change CarsType Change Cars change Drive's body, granting him different capabilities and stats, as well as providing him with better compatibility for certain Tire Exchange modes. For most Type Changes, the user must be in a particular frame of mind or state of emotion to activate the transformation. Shift Speed Allows Drive to transform into Type Speed, granting him acceleration capabilities that enable him to move and attack at high velocities. Because Type Speed is Drive's main form, it doesn't need any special requirements or emotional frames of mind for Daisuke to access. Shift Wild Allows Drive to transform into Type Wild, granting him enhanced strength and defensive capabilities. It can also transform Tridoron into its own Type Wild mode. Daisuke must be in a pumped up and motivated to fight state in order to use Type Wild. Tire Exchange CarsTire Exchange Cars swap the Tire featured on Drive's current form. This, in essence, modifies the nature of Drive's abilities giving the user access to a broad scope of potential uses. Each Tire Exchange Car generally has one certain Drive Type it is primarily associated with. Shift Max Flare Allows Drive to gain the Max Flare Tire, granting him fire-enhanced abilities. By itself, it can attack by igniting the tracks it spawns with intense fire, which can also boost the attacks of the other Shift Cars. Max Flare is associated with Type Speed. Shift Funky Spike Allows Drive to gain the Funky Spike Tire, enabling him to either shoot spikes or impale enemies on the Shift Tire. By itself, it can attack by slamming itself into enemies while extending its spikes. Funky Spike is associated with Type Speed. Shift Midnight Shadow Allows Drive to gain the Midnight Shadow Tire, granting him enhanced stealth capabilities that enable him to duplicate himself and the ability to throw energy shuriken. By itself, it can attack by shooting energy shuriken and creating copies of itself. Midnight Shadow is associated with Type Speed. Shift Rumble Dump Allows Drive to gain the Rumble Dump Tire, tweaking the abilities of his form and equipping him with the Rumble Smasher. Rumble Dump is associated with Type Wild. Shift Hooking Wrecker Allows Drive to gain the Hooking Wrecker Tire, equipping him with the Capture Hook to grab objects from afar. By itself, it can move things around by using its little hook. Hooking Wrecker is associated with Type Wild. Shift Mad Doctor Allows Drive to gain the Mad Doctor Tire, equipping him with the Cure Quicker to heal either himself or other civilians. Mad Doctor is associated with Type Wild. -Handle Blade The Transcending Operating Handle Blade is a bladed weapon wielded by Kamen Rider Drive, resembling Tridoron's steering wheel. Daisuke is the one who names this weapon thanks to the rather oddly placed steering wheel on the hand guard. When the Handle Blade is summoned, it comes from the front portion of Tridoron's hollow section. The Handle Blade's actual blade is made from S0-1, an experimental compound that can also repair Shift Cars. The blade itself is very sharp albeit weirdly balanced, but it can be made even more powerful by turning the steering wheel on the hilt, which announces "Turn" and powers up for the next attack. Initiating a third Turn motion in a row causes the Handle Blade to instead announce "U-Turn" and allow Drive to execute the Turn Slash attack, where he drifts across the battlefield before he strikes the enemy with a powerful slash. The Handle Blade has two Rider Slash Full Throttle finishers. Drift SlashTo activate this attack, Drive must load a Shift Car into the Handle Blade's Shift Landing Panel behind its blade after turning his Drive Driver's Advanced Ignition. Shift Speed: When Drive slashes an enemy, a blue automobile light trail appears and reflects a red then blue image of either a speedometer, a rev counter, or a fuel gauge on the target. Midnight Shadow: When Drive slashes, a giant energy shuriken is shot at the enemy. Shift Wild: Drive strikes the enemy with one energized slash before he spins rapidly and traps the target in a series of deadly spinning slashes. Rumble Dump: Drive strikes the enemy with both the Rumble Smasher and energized slashes from the Handle-Ken as he spins rapidly and traps the target in a series of powerful spinning slashes and Rumble Smasher strikes. Drift RotationTo activate this attack, Drive must press the Handle Blade's "horn" after turning its steering wheel once. Shift Speed: Drive unleashes an enhanced spin slash that can strike multiple enemies at once. Shift Wild: Drive spins like a top and slashes the enemy several times as each slash makes a red light-like circle appear, while also leaving skid marks on the ground. -Door Gun The Opening and Closing Loading Door Gun is a firearm weapon wielded by Kamen Rider Drive, resembling Tridoron's driver-side door. Like the Handle Blade, Daisuke names this weapon for the car door attachment on the barrel's side. When the Door Gun is summoned, it comes from the front portion of Tridoron's hollow section. The Door Gun can fire several shots before needing to be reloaded, which is easily accomplished by opening and closing the door, as well as project a car door-like energy shield. If the door is open while being fired, the Door Gun will give an error announcement of "Open Door" and not fire a shot. Once reloaded, it will say "Charge". If the door is opened and closed multiple times while there is still ammo, the bullets will become strengthened. The Door Gun's Full Throttle finisher PerfecShot is activated when Drive loads a Shift Car into its Shift Landing Panel behind the barrel after turning his Drive Driver's Advanced Ignition. Shift Speed: Drive fires several flaming shots, then accelerates them by kicking an energy wheel that forms on the side into their path, slamming into their target at a terminal velocity.
-Beetle Phone A Memory Gadget, pictured above in Beetle Mode, which is powered by an artificial Gaia Memory know as a Pseudo Memory. The Beetle Memory allows the device to switch between a Gadget Mode and a Live Mode. The Beetle Phone is a mobile phone that switches between "Cell Phone Mode" (operating as a standard cell phone) and "Beetle Mode" (operating as a small robot capable of flight and recording both audio and visual) with the use of the Beetle Memory. Its Beetle Form's design is based around a blue Japanese rhinoceros beetle. Despite its limited utility, it (along with his bike) is Daisuke's sole memento of his time as Kamen Rider Accel.
-Diablossa The Diablossa is Daisuke's personal Ducati 999 motorcycle. Its name comes from the Italian words "Diablo" and "Rosso". Daisuke takes great pride in this bike. So it is that while no longer his standard assigned vehicle for duty within the KPD, Daisuke still rides Diablossa when he can in his free time off-duty.
-Tridoron The Tridoron (Format Number TRIDORON-3000) is a car which serves as the personal Rider Machine of Kamen Rider Drive, as well as a support mech for combat thanks to the weapons in the front of the car for him to use. Like the Shift Cars, it runs on Core Driviars. It also provides Drive with his weapons, the Handle Blade and Door Gun, by summoning them from the hollow section of its front portion whenever Daisuke calls for them. It can also be controlled remotely to assist Drive in battle when needed. Tridoron also has an ejector seat, which is done by twisting a yellow-and-black striped pull lever, then pull on it, which will send Drive flying upwards. While in standby mode or just not in battle, Tridoron's hollow section is covered with a KPD insignia. When Drive initiates a Tire Exchange, Tridoron creates the Shift Tire by first drawing its left front wheel in, then forming the Shift Tire, and lastly ejecting said Shift Tire by using its left wheel to push it out so that it can attach to Drive. Drive's current form and Shift Car arsenal can affect Tridoron's armaments via Tire Enhancements, which are activated when the Shift Cars are installed into Tridoron's back panel, which allows the Tridoron to use the Shift Tires for attacking purposes. Type Speed is Tridoron's default sports car-based mode. This mode is Tridoron's most balanced form. On the paved roads of the city, it can go the fastest of all the Types, making it suited for high-speed chases or getaways. In combat, aside from Tire Enhancements, Tridoron can perform the Tridoron Shoot attack, where it fires lasers from the car's built-in cannons on the front. Type Wild is Tridoron's dune buggy-based mode. This form is accessible on command due to the ownership of the Type Wild enabling Shift Car. Just like Drive's transformation into Type Wild, Tridoron is much slower in this mode. But in exchange, it has much more power and maneuverability, bouncing around with its buoyant wheels and capable of ramming into things with ease. In combat, aside from Tire Enhancements, Tridoron can perform the Tridoron Bomber attack, where its wheels enlarge in order to allow the buggy to easily run over an enemy.

Powers and Abilities:Naturally, he has no super-normal abilities that relate to his physical self or for any direct use in any form of combat. He is in peak physical condition as required to perform any of the duties he might come across needing to do in his job; as well as being quick witted and fast on his feet as far as assessing a situation and quickly improvising an action. He has an excellent memory and a keen attention to detail which has allowed him to gain a good bit of renown among the Hyakuji Police Department despite his young age. He has a particular skill at profiling perpetrators as well. However, due to this normalcy he's found himself severely lacking in the strength needed to find justice in a city packed with super-human abilities. Because of this he accepted the power and responsibility to become... Kamen Rider Drive An advanced generation Rider System developed by the Hyakuji Police SPD's Research Department designed exclusively for use by Daisuke Nakano. Taking data from previous engagements by Daisuke as Kamen Rider Accel, the SPD was able to tailor make a new Driver focused on Daisuke's own strengths while being much more adaptable to various situations one of Hyakuji's Finest might come across in the field. When he lifts the Shift Speed Car three times, Drive is able to move incredibly fast and perform high velocity attacks. Equipment:-Drive Gear -Drive Driver Unlike other conventional drivers, the Drive Driver only acts as a sensor, while the actual activation for the Shift Cars are performed on the Shift Brace. For additional details on the transformation process, see the the entry on the Shift Brace. -Shift Brace The Shift Brace is one of Kamen Rider Drive's transformation devices. In this case, being the device that holds Drive's Shift Cars as a remote for his Drive Driver. Depending on the amount of times it is lifted, the Drive Driver repeats itself that many times, up to three, while also initiating different functions. To initiate a finishing attack, Drive must turn the Advanced Ignition and press the Igniter button on the Shift Brace, which makes the Drive Driver announce "Hissatsu" with a revving noise being looped. Lifting the Shift Car afterwards would then give Drive an exceeding amount of power, as well as cause the Drive Driver to announce "Full Throttle" and then the corresponding Shift Car used. Drive may now release the power gained in any way he wishes, unless the Shift Car does not comply. In order to have the Drive Driver cancel the transformation, Drive must remove the Shift Car currently placed in the Shift Brace and press the Igniter. Sometimes, after a victorious battle, the Drive Driver would say "Nice Drive" as a compliment to the user's great job. While Drive is in civilian form, the Shift Brace can either act as a navigator or receive messages. At the same time, the Shift Brace is able to have a physical examination for its user. Many of them require the user to be in a certain state of mind in order for them to be utilized. Shift Speed Allows Drive to transform into Type Speed, granting him acceleration capabilities that enable him to move and attack at high velocities. Because Type Speed is Drive's main form, it doesn't need any special requirements or emotional frames of mind for Daisuke to access. By itself, it can attack by igniting the tracks it spawn with intense fire, which can also boost the attacks of the other Shift Cars. Drift RotationTo activate this attack, Drive must press the Handle Blade's "horn" after turning its steering wheel once. Shift Speed: Drive unleashes an enhanced spin slash that can strike multiple enemies at once. -Door Gun The Opening and Closing Loading Door Gun, is a firearm weapon wielded by Kamen Rider Drive, resembling Tridoron's driver-side door. The Beetle Phone is a mobile phone that switches between "Cell Phone Mode" (operating as a standard cellphone) and "Beetle Mode" (operating as a small robot capable of flight and recording both audio and visual) with the use of the Beetle Memory. Its Beetle Form's design is based around a blue Japanese rhinoceros beetle. Despite its limited utility, it is Daisuke's sole memento of his time as Kamen Rider Accel. -Diablossa The Diablossa is Daisuke's personal Ducati 999 motorcycle. Its name comes from the Italian words "Diablo" and "Rosso". Daisuke takes great pride in this bike. So it is that while no longer his standard assigned vehicle for duty within the KPD, Daisuke still rides Diablossa when he can; in his free time off-duty. Approveeeed! Daisuke may not step out into his new life!

Upgrade adding Type Wild and relevant Tire Exchanges!
This is achieved by, in exchange, weakening both his speed and agility when compared to Type Speed. Thus, his overall capabilities are the same as his base form but merely shifted towards a different focus. Stat-wise, Type Wild Dump is basically an exaggeration of Type Wild's reallocation of capability: excellent offensively and does poorly agility-wise, making this form the second slowest out of all of Drive's known forms. Stat-wise, Type Wild Wrecker has weaker offensive stats, but does better agility-wise compared to Type Wild Dump; though it still pales in comparison to the agility in any of Type Speed's forms. In this mode, Drive is armed with the Capture Hook; a winch and metal-wire combo built into the Hooking Wrecker Tire itself. The wire cable is made of a special steel fiber to withstand the pressure of high tension situations. As such, it is almost completely tooled for a support style of action rather than active combat. In this mode, Drive is armed with the Cure Quicker.
Related Equipment entries for the Shift Cars:
Added to Type Change Cars Shift Wild Allows Drive to transform into Type Wild, granting him enhanced strength and defensive capabilities. It can also transform Tridoron into its own Type Wild mode. Daisuke must be in a pumped up and motivated-to-fight state in order to use Type Wild.
Added to Tire Exchange Cars Shift Rumble Dump Allows Drive to gain the Rumble Dump Tire, tweaking the abilities of hisform and equipping him with the Rumble Smasher.
Added summaries to the interaction of new Shift Cars with Handle Blade and Door Gun Finishers:
Handle Blade: Drift Slash Shift Wild: Drive strikes the enemy with one energized slash before he spins rapidly and traps the target in a series of deadly spinning slashes.
Rumble Dump: Drive strikes the enemy with both the Rumble Smasher and energized slashes from the Handle-Ken as he spins rapidly and traps the target in a series of powerful spinning slashes and Rumble Smasher strikes.
Handle Blade: Drift Rotation Shift Wild: Drive spins like a top and slashes the enemy several times as each slash makes a red light-like circle appear, while also leaving skid marks on the ground.
Added summary of Tridoron's Type Wild configuration:
Tridoron Type Wild is Tridoron's dune buggy-based mode.

General Notes: I'm a bit at a loss on how to properly map out Drive's upgrades since it doesn't follow the traditional "get new gimmick toy -> new form -> done" format.
Until working on it, I always assumed to do each Shift Car as the traditional one thing. This will call for something like 10-15 years of upgrades to ever reach the endgame on the character. It also seems hard to give weight to some over the others. New Type Form changes are obviously an upgrade. A Shift Car that does little more than give a grappling hook... well...
So, I thought it might work best bundling them together into small packages that make logical sense, but are still paced decently. At this rate it would still take a good 5 years or so (or longer also working in Movie Exclusive/Legacy-based forms, this also doesn't count movie or special-based Tire Exchanges either) to map out all of Drive's stuff (probably a longer cycle than most modern riders will take), if not longer by grace of low activity.
This would break down into something like this: -Initial Character Creation: Type Speed+Core Tire Exchanges -Type Wild+Core Tire Exchanges -Type Technic+Core Tire Exchanges -Type Speed Tire Exchanges Expansion -Type Wild Tire Exchanges Expansion -Type Technic Tire Exchanges Expansion -Type Dead Heat -Type Formula+Core Tire Exchanges -Type Tridoron
But after writing this upgrade out, it seems like a lot? Maybe that's just from the cascade of interactions that have to be noted between Drive's gear? This is definitely a practice pitch on my part.
Scaling it back one step might be to break off Type Changes as their own individual upgrades, and then leave the lesser Tire Exchanges bundled up.
Open and willing to alternative suggestions if this method can't fly.

Considering the different forms are basically just a minor addition of a particular skill or piece of equipment I think I can generally let that fly. Go ahead and update your profile to reflect said upgrade.

Stat-wise, Type Wild Wrecker has weaker offensive stats, but does better agility-wise compared to Type Wild Dump; though it still pales in comparison to any of Type Speed's forms. In this mode, Drive is armed with the Capture Hook; a winch and metal-wire combo built into Hooking Wrecker Tire itself. The wire cable t is made of a special steel fiber to withstand the pressure of high strength situations. Equipment:-Drive Gear -Drive Driver Unlike other conventional drivers, the Drive Driver only acts as a sensor, while the actual activation for the Shift Cars are performed on the Shift Brace. For additional details on the transformation process, see the the entry on the Shift Brace. -Shift Brace The Shift Brace is one of Kamen Rider Drive's transformation devices. In this case, being the device that holds Drive's Shift Cars as a remote for his Drive Driver. By itself, it can attack by igniting the tracks it spawn with intense fire, which can also boost the attacks of the other Shift Cars. Shift Rumble Dump Allows Drive to gain the Rumble Dump Tire, tweaking the abilities of hisform and equipping him with the Rumble Smasher. -Door Gun The Opening and Closing Loading Door Gun, is a firearm weapon wielded by Kamen Rider Drive, resembling Tridoron's driver-side door. This too, is ready for a new year (2018).
