A girl with blue hair wandered into the dojo all alone, carrying over her shoulder a bag, wearing a short china dress. Eyeing the surroundings for a moment, she noticed the place was vacant... With a grin, horns grew on her head and a tail from the end of her spine. With a banging shout that shook the surroundings a little, she announced. "WHAT A TIME TO BE ALIVE!" The bag brought down to the floor, from which she took a variety of balls of different colors and sizes. Starting with the bigger one, the dragon girl tossed it high and tried to keep it in the air for as long as possible, by creating blasts of air and shooting at it, counting every hit. She would do that up to until 30 hits, before getting a slightly smaller ball instead, and smaller, and smaller... Until she started missing. At which she would stop, fetch out and jot down her score. Edited by GrimRPer, Oct 12 2016, 04:16 AM.

Lilly walked by the dojo door after a brisk bit of exercising in the Gym, sweat peppering her brow and features like glistening glitter as she passed when a wave of pushed around air tickled her hair up against her nostril. Her face crinkled up slightly before she leaned back and then forward with a sudden sneeze she quickly redirected into her shoulder just in time to catch the girl's last few blasts juggling one of the balls in her peripheral vision. She found herself stopped with awe as she lingered in the doorway, leaning against the door frame as she watched the girl toss up and juggle smaller and smaller orbs with the impressive control of her blasts. The strange form was of no surprise to her, Nova was way freakier... But again, her control of wind was the impressive display. Not many wind elementals remained back home, her uncle was the only one she knew of and Priestess knows where he disappeared to. When the girl had stopped and began to write something down, Lilly took a step into the dojo with a smirk over folded arms. "Nice moves, you a kendo club member or something?" She asked, surmising the possibility via her choice of practice grounds. Lilly had taken interest in the fact the school had a kendo club a few days back, but never really chased the topic to know any members. She did hear the leader was supposed to be real tough. She was itching to meet them eventually for a round... |

"Hah, 612! I rusted little then! Recovering from there will be-", the approach of Lilly however made her stop for a moment. In the previous entries of the note there were "858; 727; 847; 612". For her to say she rusted little, it must mean something big happened... "Kendo club, uh? No, I'm not much into kendo and swords. I'm more of a fisticuffs person. But I'm considering the idea of expanding my horizons and getting into other styles.", to show off a little, the dragon girl punched the air several times... She had quite the quick fists! Stopping briefly, she held out her hand for Lilly to shake. "Seiten no Seiryuu, Private Eye and Student.", Seiten looked quite cheerful, as if something really good happened to her lately. |

Lilly nodded slightly as she extended her own gloved hand to close around the energetic girl's. "Lilly Fireheart, Licensed mercenary, decorated fighting tournament champ, and president of the school's MMA club." She briskly replied with a solid lift up and pull down of the hand in her own, before pulling away to raise that hand to clench into a fist. "I like the way you move, you seem like you have a handle on your strengths and can work with your weaknesses." Her gaze was brought down to one of the balls on the ground and plucked one up in her grip, bouncing it up and down experimentally. "Is this some sort of reflex or control training method?" She asked before she tossed the orb high into the air and her other hand curled her index finger around the tip of her thumb. She concentrated energy into her thumb and flicked out a fireball at the ball that would explode when it made contact. How would her fire blasts compare to this girl's wind attacks? Were these orbs heavier and more durable than they appeared? Or was she about to owe this girl a new training ball? |

"I kind of have to, because I'm the runt of all the children Seiryuu had. But I made it through the worst stage of my life, so from there on it is just practice to get better. And being a dragon child pretty much means that some might mistake me for being very powerful.", Seiten's gaze soon followed Lilly's as she took one of the training balls into her hands. The ball was very little heavy, nothing significant. Compare its weight to a basket ball. And when shot at with a fireball, its trajectory changed and singed at the impact point. "Reflex, precision and control, actually. A little bit of calculation too, as shooting a wind blast with too little or too much strength can impact on where it will fall next. I think fire doesn't work really well with it...", explaining that, she used a blast of wind, which curved slightly on its route, to hit the ball underneath and on the blind side, sending it back at them. Taking the ball with an open hand, Seiten bounced it against the floor, speaking a little more: "Uten and I are the only who trains like this. But she is a little more destructive, so she uses Kevlar Balls instead. And in a vacuum chamber that she has in her room." |

"Huh..." Lilly pursed her lips in intrigue and curiosity as she listened to what Seiten had to say. Being an only child, she didn't really know what to say of her family expectations and trials, but she did have some semblance of understanding. She too had shoes to fill, expectations to meet and surpass... "Well, if you're ever looking to get a good workout, you can always come by our club meets." She offered with a nod and a smirk. "Using powers is kind of a no no since we have some members that don't have any, but we're allowed to use any equipment the school has and nothing beats sparring with other people when it comes to training." |

"I'd love to! I can use that for additional body training, and hopefully meet someone similar to me. Maybe I should drag Nova along...", the dragon girl had no clue, but Nova was part of it already... Oh, well, she would learn. After a small break, she began sniping the balls that were still around the Dojo. There was something entertaining in her catching all of them flawlessly as they bounced her way at kind of a high speed from the wind blasts. As she caught them, she put them in the bag. Soon, Seiten had packed them all up. "I think this was an okay training session." |

"Awesome, we meet once every two weeks on Mondays by the entrance to the gym. Our next meeting is the week after next's, and it should be a simple one since I'm still working on getting to know the island and finding things for us to do..." Lilly nodded welcomingly as she waited for the new girl to finish her practices, feeling the urge to get a bit of work of her own in herself while she had the time...unfortunately, she didn't have any training program for her fire powers...where's the sense in practicing with fire and explosions? They're best unrestrained. "Just okay, eh?" Lilly scoffed as she watched Seiten pack up her things, nodding with a smile. "Oh yeah, with drive like that to improve, you're going to fit in well..." |

Seiten confirmed her presence with a nod, as for the "okay"... "You saw those annotations, didn't you? I had a significant loss in performance since my last time, so improving is important. And there's the fact I wanna make my mother proud of myself.", the dragon girl explained, and her dragon-like features began to retract into her body. "I guess you know how it is, right? Most people I talked with knows how it is...", flinging her bag over the shoulders, she was all ready to go. |

"I have a good idea..." Lilly laughed as she clapped a hand on Seiten's shoulder. "Though my parental figure I'd really rather just deck in the face with a good straight instead of hear him say he's proud of me. I get what you're saying though, you need something more to improve. Don't worry, I'll see what we can come up with next meeting." With that, Lilly moved for the door to leave, one hand to the base of her neck as she rolled her head around. "You just keep doing what you gotta do until then, trust me, we'll make you start doubling your last numbers before you know it!" |

"Not in good terms with yours, eh?", Seiten laughed warmly with Lilly, before following her to the door, "To be honest, my mom is already proud that I live, considering how I was born to live near-death for quite long. And that made her so worried..." "Anyways, I look forward to the meeting. If I double my numbers, maybe I'll start taking on Uten's challenges and see if I can be a match to her skill. See ya, Lilly!", following those words, the blue-haired girl walked away. |
